Store Policies
1. Order Processing: Every heirloom is handcrafted to order by our legacy artisans in Varanasi. Please anticipate a 7-14 day production window prior to dispatch.
2. Shipping Policy: Domestic orders reach you in 3-7 days, while international shipping spans 12-21 days. Tracking IDs are shared via email once dispatched.
3. Open-Box Delivery & Mandatory Unboxing Video Policy: To ensure transparency, we mandate a continuous unboxing video from start to finish for all claims regarding damage or missing items.
4. Delivery Confirmation: Orders are considered delivered once confirmed by our logistics partners. Please notify us of any discrepancies within 24 hours.
5. Address Accuracy: Customers are responsible for providing precise shipping details. Re-routing or re-shipping due to address errors may incur additional costs.
6. Return Eligibility: As we specialize in made-to-order GI-tagged crafts, we only accept returns for items that arrive damaged or defective.
